Sweet and Light Banana Cream Pudding

This sweet and light banana cream pudding is the perfect summer treat for you and your family. It may not be the healthiest option, but it sure isn’t the worst option! There are ways to make it healthier as well, including using ingredients with less sugar. Sometimes you’ve got to treat yourself to something sweet, and besides, it has bananas!

Sweet and Light Banana Cream Pudding

This recipe does not require any baking whatsoever!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box, reduced fat vanilla wafers
  • 16 oz tub of lite whipped cream
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 5- oz package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 3.4 oz pack of instant banana cream pudding mix

Directions:

  1. Firstly, layer the bottom of a 9” by 13” pan with the vanilla wafer cookies.
  2. Slice bananas and place them on top of each cookie.
  3. Next, pour all of the vanilla pudding on top of the cookies and bananas.
  4. Then spread 2/3 of the whipped cream on top of the pudding mix.
  5. Once again place the cookies atop the whipped cream and place the banana slices on top of each cookie.
  6. Mix the remaining 1/3 of whipped cream with the banana cream pudding and spread it on top of the bananas and cookies.
  7. Lastly, crumble the remaining cookies on top and enjoy this tasty summer treat!
