Pineapple Guacamole for Cinco de Mayo
Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- Juice of 1 lime (or 2 tbsp lime juice)
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt to taste
- cilantro, for garnish
Directions
- Firstly, pit the avocados and mash them in a large bowl until smooth and slightly chunky
