Mouth-Watering Mango Mania Popsicles

Man, it’s a hot one out there! The best way to cool down on a hot summer day has always been ice cream, right? I am a sucker for some ice cream, but if you are looking for a healthy alternative for a cool summer treat, I have the perfect one! Is all you need is some frozen fruit and a blender for these mouth-watering mango mania popsicles. There are no added sugars necessary.

Mouth-Watering Mango Mania Popsicles

Ingredients

(You can adjust the recipe as needed and even add additional fruit like pineapple or strawberries)

  • 2 cups mango chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1-1.5 cups milk of your choice or water – (add more milk or water as needed)
  • ½ cup coconut shavings

Directions

Throw the mango chunks, banana, yogurt, and liquid into a blender and blend it up nice and smooth. Then pour the smoothie into a popsicle mold and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Place them in the freezer until solid. If you don’t have a popsicle mold, you can use small paper cups with popsicle sticks. Once they are frozen, take them out and enjoy these mouth-watering mango mania popsicles.
